At Private Trade Winds, we strive to make every client vacation a truly outstanding and memorable experience. That's why every Five-Star Villa Vacation™ includes the services of a PTW Concierge Specialist. They are on-call to answer your questions and provide whatever help you need, just like the concierge at a hotel (but focused on you, and not on dozens of other hotel guests).
Your Concierge Specialist can help you…
- Learn more about your destination, local attractions, etc.
- Check the local calendar of events
- Make sure the refrigerator is stocked with all of your favorites when you arrive
- Provide recommendations and reviews for excellent restaurants
- Make reservations for restaurants, tee times, etc.
- Arrange services ranging from babysitters to gourmet chefs
- Provide personal touches, such as flower delivery or birthday surprises
It's all about options: If you prefer, you can book all of your concierge services online through our state-of-the-art website, or you can call your Concierge Specialist. You will also have the support of an on-site Concierge at any of our 400+ villas, as needed. Five-Star Villa Vacations™ mean getting five-star service when you need it, in whatever form you want it.
