The evaluation process begins by reviewing the resort development, community, and amenities available. Next construction, quality, and safety are considered. Finally, access to quality service and management is critical.
All properties are required to meet the highest standards of luxury from interior decor and furniture, to an inventory of common household items. All interiors will be evaluated for quality, furniture design & placement, kitchen inventory, sheets, mattresses, pillows, etc., to ensure quality. If it is determined that upgrades are needed, our design consultants will prepare a package proposal that can be purchased quickly and efficiently from our design services department. You may also choose to make these upgrades yourself. Our design team is ready to assist each owner in the certification process.
All clients are required to purchase a small certification package which includes items such as monogrammed robes, water bottles, toiletries, property directories and safety kits. These items will be used for all Private Trade Winds guests, and signify the signature quality of our products and services. We fashion your home into a Five-Star resort.
Once your property is qualified and you are enrolled, you can serve as your own property manager / rental agent, utilize an existing agent, or we can provide that service as well.
