Single Booking Plan:
$0 Annual Service Fee
|
The single use plan is for the occasional traveler who would like to experience a villa vacation or other unique travel experience.
This plan allows access to all villas in the Private Trade Wind portfolio, an online booking tool, online concierge booking,
or assistance from an experienced Travel Advisor for an additional fee. Clients can choose to use this plan each time they travel,
however the Internet and Premier plans offer the best value for frequent travelers.

Internet Travel Plan:
$995 Annual Service Fee

This service contract is designed for the distinguished traveler
without a vacation home or product to contribute to the network
who enjoys a self-serve process. This contract allows full access to
our on-line booking system, with tools for air, car, hotel, concierge & villa bookings. You receive 10% off all villas booking in the PTW collection.
This service contract does not include a personal travel agent.
All services must be accessed through our state of the art website or agent assist can be accessed for an additional fee.

Premier Travel Plan:
$2995 Annual Service Fee
|
This service contract includes all of the Internet client services in addition
to a personal travel and concierge agent. You receive 20-50% off all villa bookings in the PTW collection.

Homeowner Travel Plan:
$2195/$2995 Annual Service Fee
|
This service contract is for owners of luxury homes, condos and other products
that can be qualified into our elite rental and trading program. In addition,
clients have management and design services plus full access to all the other
travel benefits listed above. Clients are assigned a dedicated sales associate,
asset manager, travel agent and concierge person to assist in full services management.
